Leaks of Android-powered tablets slated to debut at an overseas trade show early next month abound in the blogosphere this week, with a dual-boot Anroid-Windows tablet from ViewSonic generating the most buzz.

ViewSonic is gearing up to introduce two Android tablets at IFA, the international tech conference being held in Berlin Sept. 3 to 8, according to several blog reports.

The display maker is planning to unveil a 7-inch mobile device called ViewPad 7, an Android tablet with both front-facing and back-facing cameras, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS, along with USB connectivity and a microSD slot, according to the technology blog Pocket-lint.

“The next model is the extremely intriguing Intel-based, 10-inch tablet, which will not only offer the Android OS, it will have a Microsoft boot option as well. There’s no more details at present, but potentially Windows and Android both on the same device? Did someone say ‘iPad killer’?’ writes Paul Lamkin in an IFA tablet post at Pocket-lint.
