On 13 Jul, I sent thro PosLaju some documents to my relative in Kota Bahru. Guess what happen – they recieved it only on the 17 Jul, 4 days later. These were my emails to them. My first email was on Jul 16, where I show them my trace of the delivery. There was no reply. On Jul 19, I sent another email, saying ” Till today I have yet to receive a reply – do you call this good service to your customer or do you want me to send this to the newspaper so that your boss will respond ?” . I receive 2 replies within the hour.
One of the reply ask me to go to the poslaju office and fill up a form to lodge a complaint – unbelievable and I was shock. There was no explanation for the delay. My email with all the details should be sufficient enough to start a investigation ? This is red tape bureaucracy # 1 . Minutes later, I received another reply from I supposed a more senior officer – she apologized and promised an investigation.
All the answers given is standard corporate reply with general statements and it doesn’t really answer my question explaining the delay. This is ” quality and fast service” from our National Courier company

all the item I courier using PosLaju will sure to arrive the 2nd day or latest the 3rd day
My experience using Registered Post with Pos Malaysia is terrible and I will never use them any more in the future.
I delivered around 100 PenDrive to my client and more half of it were returned even we have also call client to confirm on the delivery address before we send out.

Unable to deliver due to they are not willing to climb 3rd floor to deliver the item. And need us to collect for them.
You dont try to get the item in their office by the same day, the bring your item travel around the world. WTF.

Not gonna lie, never had a problem with poslaju. So while this experience of yours is tragic, it does mean it’s a bad service. Just this week, My friend from kl sent a parcel to me on a wed evening at 630pm, reached kuching at 8 something am, reached my before noon. While I think complaining seems to be the trend nowadays, but honestly, this isn’t really a big deal. Plus, they clearly said one day was a public holiday. Do you work on public holidays? Doubt it. Plus, it so clearly states on their site that they do not deliver on public holidays and that minor hiccups during delivery can happen. Just saying man.

Hi maybe your side there ( PosLaju ) really manage well. My experience when I called them to check my parcel due to slow update in the tracking page. A malay girl said parcel u kat Laut lagi.LOL my parcel was using FLIGHT Lar. Ai yo teruknya.
Now another case my parcel was wrongly send to someone I dont know. When I called to check with them they said sudah deliver to your place pergi check betul betul dulu. I said nobody in my office called Halina. Then they said they gave it to someone a guy in your office took it. I said a guy? but Halina is a girl right. Oh Poslaju postman reply mungkin I salah tembak nama. What the HELL. Tutup my phone before I finish my words. Damn worst services.

Guys, i found another bad services of PosLaju. Their staff don’t know how to press the bell or is all the while PosLaju practice?? To PosLaju CEO, please train your staff to be a professional. I had been waiting for the whole morning but end up a letter of “Sorry we are unable to…” at my gate during i’m want to go out for lunch. Such a bad services!! This is how someone been dominated the market and will not growth due to comfort zone or no competition.

Package sent to oversea on 6/6/2014 went missing.
Claimed within 30 days => filled up so called PPI form and submitted to PosLaju Branch with all sufficient documents. The branch Manager signed a copy of the PPI I prepared and took them back with me for further discussion ( I knew this is going to happen).
I tried to reach them but no luck. Three months have passed, my claims still hanging in the air…………………………What the heck……..I am going to file a police report and NCCC have their HQ explain to police.

First time using poslaju as I heard the service was quite good. However, I posted 2 documents on the same day (29/12/14) same time to the same address (needed to separate the documents in 2 mails). One reached at 30/12/14, the other one is still at the delivery office today when I track now, even though I have called up to complain on Friday 2/01/15.
It’s indeed a very disappointing experience with them.

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks the poslaju van bypass my house when the tracking info shows “delivery process”. When call the Klang branch they never picked up the phone. Both occasions had to wait the entire day checking the letter box frequently jz in case.

I had never encounter any bad experiences with pos laju in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah until I move to Georgetown, Penang. They just simply left a notice in the mailbox downstair to ask for self collection after a week without ringing the bell or calling. Are they assuming noone at home? How easy is their job! I guess from now on I just have to avoid using it. Too bad for online seller who only use pos laju.

The worst post service. My first item has been lost. The second one was supposed to deliver within 3-5 days. as tracking shows after 10 days it is still in Kula Lumpur office. I called many times all lines are busy. I went to their counter nobody gave a clear answer.

I have to say, Pos Laju Malaysia does not “laju” at all especially in Kota Bharu Kelantan area. End users are paying the same amount of money to post their “urgent & important” documents via others courier service suppliers such as Citylink, ABX, and etc…
Sad to say, Pos Laju does not really care about the service which they carry out. They dont care even they can bad reputation..
In a nutshell, we being frustrated and mad for the bad service they provide and why not just keep calm and choose other courier, just like airlines providers 🙂
